National Orders

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local UPS service. Tracking information will be provided. Please contact us if your order has not been received by expected date. 

Local Orders

All local orders will be delivered within 24hrs of delivery.  *No deliveries on Sunday's and Monday's*

 

How much are delivery costs?

Free for all local orders (Charlotte, NC ). National orders: your shipping is $20 per case.

 

Returns & Refunds

No refunds. Exchange Only.  Exchange request must be made within 1 day of receiving your products.

How should beverages be stored?

Beverages must be refrigerated or kept cold at all times. 

 

 

What is the shelf life?

 Sixteen-ounce bottles are guaranteed good for consumption within 21 days.  Gallons are only guaranteed good for consumption within 11 days from delivery.  The shelf life will dramatically decrease if it is not kept cold. All beverages are cold shipped and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
